Beginning January 1, 2008, the non-refundable certification fee will be increased from $250.00 to $275.00.


Thank you for your interest in Minority Business Certification. In order to proceed with the certification application process, please answer the following questions:
1. Is your business owned, operated, AND controlled by 51% ethnic minority owner(s)?

*Ethnic minority owned is defined as any business having owner(s) belonging to the following minority groups: African-American, Hispanic-American, Native American, Asian and Pacific Islander American (Asian-Indian included). Caucasian women are NOT considered ethnic minorities.
